CONSUMER LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
 
Prime International offers a limited warranty on Rockford Fosgate products on the following terms:
 
Length of Warranty (U.S.A.) 
• Standard Warranty - 1 Year on new products
• Refurbished Warranty - 90 Days
 
What is Covered 
This warranty applies to Rockford Fosgate products sold to consumers by Authorized Dealers in India only. Each product carries a Rockford Fosgate Limited Liability Warranty Card. In order to receive service the purchaser must provide the Limited Liability Warranty Card and/or the Dealer Invoice stating the customer name, date of purchase, product name, dealer name and respective serial number.
 
Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at Prime International's discretion. 
 
What is Not Covered
 
  1. Any physical damage caused to the product.
  2. Service performed by anyone other than the Authorized Service Centre.
  3. Any product which has had the serial number defaced, altered, or removed.
  4. Any product purchased from outside India.
  5. Any product not purchased from an Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer.
  6. Prime International’s liability is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of any defective product and shall not include subsequent damage to other parts or components.
